Mark Tozer, in collaboration with a number of sea kayak activity providers and coaches, invite you to attend the 1st Storm Gathering Sea Symposium held in the UK.
Based on the Ross of Mull and around Iona, the main event will span three days (Sat, Sun & Mon) filled with workshops and presentations with the rest of the week being made up of BCU courses and extended guided trips.
The main programme will be made up of sessions like Ð Almost 5*, Now get Out of That Mess, Planning & Preparation, Coaching for Better Paddling, Repairs to Get Me Home with evening lectures and a ceilidh.
The BCU / SCA courses on offer will include Level 3 Sea Training & Assessment, 4* & 5* Training & Assessment.
The cost £95 will cover the main symposium elements. BCU courses will be priced separately. Accommodation and transport not included.
Participating coaches so far include - Cailean Macleod of Peakwave Coaching, Mark Jardine of Alternative Boat Hire, Alan Alldred, John Ramwell, Nick Cunliffe Pete Jones and Dave Hills
