My name is Mac McKeever and I handle all of the marketing for the L.L.Bean Outdoor Discovery Schools. We are currently challenged with finding highly-qualified kayaking and fly casting instructors to teach out of the following locations:
McLean, VA
Annapolis, MD (Kayaking only)
Columbia, MD
Marlton, NJ

I am seeking your help in perhaps getting the word out about these great jobs through your web site, a bulletin board, your friends or perhaps an email blast to your members. The L.L.Bean Outdoor Discovery Schools is currently looking for full or part time Fly Casting and Kayaking Instructors to teach during the 2006 season in West Lebanon, New Hampshire, Marlton, New Jersey, Columbia, Maryland, Annapolis, Maryland (kayaking only) and McLean , Virginia .

Job responsibilities include:
* Site preparation
* Instruction and lesson plan execution
* On-site customer service delivery
* Administrative duties related to operations and maintenance of
support materials
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Fly Casting or Kayaking experience
* CPR and First Aid certifications or 16 hrs. wilderness medical
certification (not required for all activities/locations)
* Ability to provide outstanding customer service, safety
conscious, organized and team player
* Strong verbal communications skills
* Teaching experience a plus
