Long Island Ocean Paddle - Montauk to Coney Island

After a year of planning it is finally going to happen - A Long Island Winter Ocean Paddle from Montauk to Coney Island. The total paddle is approximately 125 miles. We intend to average about 12 miles per day over a 10 day period spread over the course of the winter. The journey is scheduled to begin on December 29th with the second leg scheduled for January 2nd.

The driving involved for most of you is somewhat prohibitive, but hopefully some of you will join Tim and I as we get closer to Coney Island.
